The legendary Q202A active underseat subwoofer gets a worthy successor with the new and improved QUANTUM Q208A. The compact dimensions have remained so that it can continue to find its place under many vehicle seats. With an impressive 150 watts RMS, the integrated Class A/B amplifier has a whopping 50% more power than the previous model. Important features such as the Auto Turn-On Function and the high level input have been adopted to enable integration into modern factory sound systems, even if there is no remote turn-on line and no preamplifier signal via RCA. The passive woofers installed on both sides are newly developments, which are protected with robust metal covers and give the housing its own unique look. This is rounded off by a discreetly stamped ESX logo in the protection grille of the woofer, which provides additional stability.

Thanks to extensive features such as phase switch and low pass crossover, the powerful bass sound can be optimally adapted to the vehicle acoustics. Of course, the Q208A also has a remote controller via cable to adjust the bass level. Although the height of the housing is very low, there is still room for two oval passive woofers on both sides. As a result, the actively driven subwoofer is supported by the passive resonance, especially at low frequencies, and a richer bass foundation is generated by more air displacement.

While there isn't a law requiring ecommerce stores to have a Return Policy, you may need one if you wish to enforce your terms and parameters of returns and refunds.

For example, in the state of New York, if a retailer does not provide a Return & Refund Policy, the retailer will be required to accept returns and give refunds for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to limit this in any way, you will need to create and post a Return Policy with your own custom terms.

Another reason for having a Return Policy even if not required by law is that most consumers prefer to shop at retailers with a clearly-posted Return Policy. This is especially important when shopping online, as more issues are likely when purchasing something without being able to see it in person first.
If you don't have a Return Policy, you may be at the mercy of state laws regulating return and refund timeframes. You may also lose potential customers who are concerned about not being able to return a product if they need or want to.
